Chinook Executive Solutions works with emerging, onboarding, and current leaders, primarily in professional services and mid-size firms, to develop key leadership skills needed to match functional and technical expertise. This provides clients with advancement opportunities in their roles while increasing work performance, and positions companies for success by managing and developing future leaders. We work with clients throughout the United States and Canada.

Julie Holunga is a certified professional coach working primarily as a sounding board for leaders who want to take control of their careers. Julie works with professionals to clarify how they can effectively spend their time, communicate, influence others, make decisions, hold themselves and others accountable, measure success, and lead their organizations to excel. Through their work together, clients elevate their careers and ultimately bring more value to their colleagues and organizations. She is the Founder of Chinook Solutions, a coaching and consulting firm based outside Denver, Colorado.

Julie’s career has always involved coaching a diverse group of high-level individuals looking to impact change. At the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, she worked with senior leaders at Fortune 500 corporations to develop, improve, and implement their corporate citizenship initiatives. Following her work at The Center, Julie served as the project manager for Alumni Career Services at Harvard Business School focusing on the careers of alumnae. She built relationships with corporations leading the efforts to advance women into positions of leadership, and advised alumni who were in transition. While starting her own career coaching practice, Julie continued to work with iRelaunch, a company delivering career reentry programming to corporations, universities and individuals. Her responsibilities included developing relationships with employers interested in educating, recruiting, and reintegrating those on career break back into the workforce. Julie started her career working at Harvard University in the Capital Gifts group, assisting high-net worth alumni impact change.

Julie received her Bachelor’s degree in French Literature and Economics at Union College, and her MBA from Boston College. She spent seven of her formative years living and attending school in France, India, and Hong Kong. She credits this experience for her curiosity in people. Julie and her family moved from Boston to Calgary, Canada and have now settled in beautiful Golden, Colorado. In her spare time, Julie skis and competes in triathlons.
