Biography

Julie Holunga is a Leadership Advisor, developing professionals to amplify their influence and impact. She partners with professionals like attorneys, CPAs, and business leaders to amplify their influence and impact. Her clients learn effective team communication strategies, get comfortable with constructive conflict, and increase their visibility and experience heightened confidence. They come to her seeking to excel in their professional careers through honing their leadership skills, practicing proven tactics, and gaining confidence and trust.

Julie works with teams to instill the Trusted Voice Paradigm to develop collaborative patterns. Through these programs, leaders learn to get out of their own way, develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders, and positively impact the organization's bottom line.

Prior to starting her consulting practice, Julie served as Project Manager for Alumni Career Services at Harvard Business School, where she focused on advancing the careers of female alumni. She worked with F500 companies to retain and advance women into leadership positions. Julie is one of thirty Global Master Trainers with Emergenetics®, teaching leaders, teams, and global organizations to align their communication for positive impact. Julie gave her first TEDx Talk in 2020: Don't Let Your Words Sabotage Your Career. She is a contributing author to the leadership book for women, On the Rise.  

Julie earned her BA at Union College and her MBA at Boston College. She spent seven years living and attending school in France, India, and Hong Kong.   • Yes! We are excited for opportunities outside of Denver, Colorado including across the United States and internationally.

  • Yes! Feel free to reach out!

  • This may vary based on audience size, timeframe, travel expenses and format (speaking, workshops, panels).

    Local: USD $7,500 (minimum)

    Travel: USD $10,000 (minimum) + expenses such as airfare, transportation to and from event, hotel, meals, etc.

    This includes prep time as well as pre and post conference calls.

  • All deposits and invoices are paid via ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or check paid in full or with a deposit (required to secure dates).

    We may offer discounts and package options for multiple engagements/bookings and referrals.

  • Yes, every quarter I speak at one Conference which aligns with my mission and waive my fees (with the exception of travel expenses)

  • I would like to say yes…but it really depends on my calendar! Typically, I book speaking engagments as far out as 1 year

  • I customize each program and they range from 45-minutes to 3 hours.
