Valerie Cherneski

Valerie Cherneski, LL.B., B.C.L., B.A. (Psych), is a lawyer and certified coach who uses her background in law and psychology to motivate individuals to see the change they wish to make.

Valerie is the founder of Cherneski Coaching, and works primarily with corporate professionals and lawyers to assist them through significant, professional transitions and work/life integration. She commits herself to each client completely, and provides a much needed blend of compassion, corporate professionalism, and accountability to ensure that her clients see results.

Valerie built her coaching business in New York City and now serves clients all across Canada and the United States from her office in Montreal, Canada. She has extensive experience working with professionals individually, as well as in small and large groups. Her experience as a lawyer, corporate professional and parent make her uniquely qualified to understand her clients’ complex and demanding lives, to challenge and encourage them, and to teach them a new language that helps create even more success for themselves.

Michelle Friedman

Michelle Friedman MA, CPCC is a certified executive coach, organizational consultant, facilitator and speaker, with an expertise in the various stages of women’s careers.  She is the Founder of Advancing Women’s Careers, a full-service consulting and executive coaching firm dedicated to advancing women into greater leadership roles within demanding industries.

Michelle’s work is grounded in the conviction that building a strong pipeline of female leaders requires a multi-faceted and systems-based approach, combining individual action and organizational change. As such, she works with individual clients both 1-1 and in group coaching circles. She also consults to, and designs programming for, progressive organizations committed to attracting, retaining and advancing their female talent. Organizational clients have included Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, KKR and The Wharton School. Special focus areas include organizational change, women’s leadership development, career navigation, maternity transitions, and accelerated career re-entry.

Michelle earned an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology, with an emphasis on Change Leadership, from Columbia University. Previously, Michelle graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and a concentration in Psychology.

Evan Roth

He is known as the executive coach who “serves the few who influence the many.” He brings 30 years of business experience into every coaching and consulting assignment, knowing that focus on results and pragmatism are essential to success. His goal is for clients to thrive and achieve in the corporate world.

His coaching approach is tailored to the unique needs of the individual and has included assignments related to executive effectiveness, emotional intelligence, goal attainment, team dynamics, change management, energy leadership, and conflict management among others. Clients participate in an assessment of their constantly fluctuating energy levels, the results of which lead them to a development plan to reach their goals quickly and sustainably. He is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) under the International Coach Federation. He is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQi2.0), the Conflict Dynamics Profile and Emergenetics.

Evan has extensive experience in organizational and leader development, finance and accounting, general management, international expansion and operations, strategy development, process improvement initiatives, employee engagement and well-being, cultural assessment and enhancement, innovation, and M&A/integration. He has served as General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Learning Officer and VP-Finance in public and private companies in the financial services and technology industries. He has led teams on three continents, understanding the need for cultural sensitivity in all business situations.

Stephanie Wachman

Stephanie Wachman, is principal and founder of JetStream ™ Time Management and Life in Balance LLC. She has a BA degree from McGill University, in Montreal, Quebec and received her coaching certification from Coach Training Alliance.  Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product management and national sales management. Stephanie’s business and sales skills were honed at companies of varying sizes, from family owned-owned, closely held companies to Fortune 500, publicly traded-traded companies, where she has received recognition for her achievements in mentoring individuals and teams to achieve their goals and improve their productivity.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Stephanie is also fluent in French and provides coaching to clients internationally. Stephanie’s focus is to help her clients achieve happy, balanced lives. She is committed to the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.

Stephanie is President of the International Coach Federation, Denver Chapter and is certified in iSEI. Stephanie’s hobbies include, improvisational comedy, skiing, yoga, cooking, swimming and hiking- but especially hanging out with her husband and two boys. Stephanie’s has presented to: FedEx Sales, IngramMicro, Denver Chamber of Commerce, SHRM (Society for Human Resource Manager, Utah), Public Relations Association of Denver & the Colorado Sales Association.
